During this meeting, we analyze client needs, make general recomendations,  create a quick plant list, draw a quick sketch, and perform a quick review with the client.    You retain copies of all the work.   This will be all that is required for clients who need simple work done such as a cleanup, re-drawing bedlines and creating points of interest.   Clients who need more can schedule a full landscape plan.  Full landscape plans cost $200 - $500 and are a fantastic value if this is what you need.  They are prepared by an experienced and accredited professional who will focus the plan on what you need and nothing more.

Larger projects need ideas presented in a cohesive manner so the proposed improvements are clearly understood and are well integrated into the rest of the site.  Often, a design plan can be implemented in phases over time with more difficult aspects being done by professionals and less challenging parts completed by the homeowner.

If you prefer not to do-it-yourself, we will provide a detailed estimate for just the work you want us to do with any full landscape plan.  If you want to help out and reduce your costs, we will be your partner.  All installations include maintenance and care recommendations as well as post-install inspections.

Our staff includes a Certified Concrete Paver Installer, so we can guarantee that your work is done properly.

Your property may not need a new design.  For homeowners desiring a fresh look at minimum cost, you may want us to prune overgrown shrubs, limb up trees, define bed lines, lay fresh mulch, remove ivy or other rejuvenating services. 

To keep your property looking its best, we offer landcape care with no contract.  Get just the services you need with complete flexibility.  Options range from mow, edge and blow, to full service, which includes fertilizer, weed treatment and pesticide (if needed) for turf, shrubs and trees.  Installation of seasonal annual includes removing old material, amending soil, selection, delivery and installation of plants, fertilizer and mulch (and, if needed, watering).
